He is survived by: his spouse Mary Gerhard (Hauze); his children, Amy Sterenchock of Hazleton, Marybeth Fortwangler (Barry) of Weatherly, Jeffrey W. Gerhard of Weatherly and Russell S. Gerhard (Lori) of Weatherly; his grandchildren, Glenn, Jennifer, Christina, Arlene, Bethany, Christopher, Tony, Kathy, Stephanie, Heather, Jodi, Carie and Tiffany; and his parent Hattie E. Gerhard (Smith). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
