Lewert, Jr. (Docie) of Pine Grove; his brother Thomas J. Lewert (Tammy); his grandmother Elizabeth Lewert (Bieber); his grandchildren, John J. Rusnock, Joshua M. Rusnock, Derek Remak and Trever Remak; his goddaughter Cassandra Lewert; and his parent-in-law Freddie.
