He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Welding, Sr. and Margaret Welding (Negran); and his brother Jim Newman. He is survived by: his wife Luvina Welding (Sarten); his son Michael A. Welding of Weatherly; his granddaughter Milissa Welding; his great grandchildren, Brianna, Alexis and Joseph; his great great grandchildren, Daniel, Madelyn and Elijah; and his siblings, Ronald Welding and Linda Childress.
