She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wursta and Anna Wursta (Balyo); her husband Dr. William T. "Doc" Ravina; and her siblings, Helen Morinich, Mary Kostick, Michael, George, John and Stevie Wursta.
She is survived by: her children, William T. Ravina, Jr. of Hollywood, Laura Wagner of Quakake, Cindy Hart (Bill) of Sewell, NJ and Nancy Hadzick (Ed) of Peachtree City, GA.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
She was an active member of the Community Chest, served on the board of Tweedle Park Association, and volunteered with the American Cancer Society.
