He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Russell and Mary Martha Clark (Kimble); his wife Helen Louise Clark (Wood); his sister Wahnetta Minton; and his nephew Robert Minton, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Clark (Julie) of Beaver Falls and Barbara Clemens of Waynesburg; his granddaughter Rachael Clemens (Waynesburg); his great grandchild Hayden Rizor; and his niece Bonnie Minton of Rutan.
