Rutan; his sisters, Kim Barone of Tampa, Fla., Carol Meredith (Richard) of New Springfield and Tracy Chesmar (Kenny) of Lakewood, Ohio; his aunt Rose Chrissis (N. H.) of Winham; his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey Rutan (Debra) of Claysville, Kim Hugney of Masontown and Stacy Kearns (Michael) of Avella; and his mother-in-law Saundra Rutan of Prosperity. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
