He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale K. Kiger and Bonnie Bleakney Kiger; and his son Robert Matthew Deter. He is survived by: his wife Tamie Escott Kiger; his daughter Megan (Mitchell Ring) of Waynesburg, PA; his grandchildren, Emerson Ring and Ryleigh Ring of Waynesburg, PA; his sister Vicki (Ed Hinerman) of Waynesburg, PA; his nephew Jared Hinerman; and his niece Nicole Hinerman. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to the Corner Cupboard Food Bank, 881 Rolling Meadows Rd. Waynesburg PA 15370.
