She was predeceased by: her stepfathers, Walter Perry and Homer Sampsell. She is survived by: her husband Stanley "Ted" McCormick; her son Steven McCormick of Morgantown, WV; and her stepbrother Richard "Dick" Perry of Virginia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
