She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell John "Buck" Phillips and Maxine Della Kind (Murphy); and her husband Lawrence Albert Sanner. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine M. Spencer of Waynesburg, Diane C. Hutchinson of Waynesburg and Linda L. Schiffbauer (James) of Nemacolin; her siblings, John Russell "Bucky" Phillips of Fairmont, W. Va, Lewis Varner (Donna) of North, Sharon Hebron (Keith) of Rogers and Cheryl Wright of East Liverpool; her grandson Fred H. Spencer, III; her son-in-law Fred H. Spencer, Jr.; her sister-in-law Patty Phillips; her brother Charles "Chuck" Phillips; and her brother-in-law Donald "Butch" Wright. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
