He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodward Blair and Edna Dulaney Blair; and his wife Margaret "Peg" Blair. He is survived by: his children, Candi Leathers (Mike), Rodney Blair (Donni), Chuck Blair, Tracy Mullaney (Ray) and Terri Blair-Stern (Sanford). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made in Richard's name to The Humane Society of Greene County.
