He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gertrude Locke, and Raymond E. Locke, Sr.; his daughters, Roxanne Holt (Joe Varner) and Amanda Locke (Andrew Miller); his grandchildren, Harley, Scarlett, Aurora, Titus, Austin, Elias, Arianna and Emberly; and his siblings, Ramonda Barnett (Bruce), Susan Clark (late Jim) and Stephen Locke (Katherine). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.
