She is survived by: her husband Ray Rutan; her children, Richard Tustin of Knoxville, TN and Kristina Royer (Charles) of Waynesburg; her grandchildren, Alexandra and Zachary Royer; and her siblings, Barbara Guidos of Washington, Carol Sue Snider (Freddy) of Morgantown, WV, Ronald Robison (Denise) of Carmichaels and Lawrence Robison of Waynesburg.
