She is survived by: her son William Phillips (Donna) of Wellsburg, WV; her daughters-in-law, Bonnie Phillips and Margaret Phillips; her husband Henry Phillips; and her sons, Gerald Phillips and David Phillips. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 8 Great-Grandchildren, 5 Great-Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
