She is survived by: her husband Keith Brock Kughn; her children, Frederick Keith (Michelle Kughn), Clara Jane (Gary Babb) and Ernest Ray (Tina Kughn); her daughter-in-law Nancy Kughn of Waynesburg, PA; her grandsons, Brian Keith (Kimberly Kughn), Andrew Chad Kughn and Bradley Shane (Katie Kughn); her great grandchildren, Paisley Ann Kughn, Wilton Keith Kughn, Aubrey Remington Kughn and Everett Shane Kughn; her stepgrandchildren, Chase Wurl and Alyssa Walls; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Aurora Dawn Horowitz, Luna Louella Horowitz and Donna Pettit; her brothers, John Barclay and David Barclay; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Barclay and Mary Kughn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
