He was predeceased by: his parents, Read Rollins and Garnet Bristor (Watson); his brothers, Gerald W. and Donald M. Bristor; his son-in-law James Veneskey; his stepgrandchildren, Jamey and David A. Whitlatch; his great grandchild Leo Wolfe; and the mother of his children Peg Bristor Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Crouse; his children, Deborah Hildreth (Dick) of Nineveh, John Bristor (Debbie) of Waynesburg and Barbara B. Veneskey of Gold Canyon, AZ; and his stepchildren, David Whitlatch (Jean) of Hopwood, Lori Whitlatch of Waynesburg, Eric Whitlatch (Kippie) of Waynesburg, Julie D'Eletto (Bill) of Sycamore and Stephanie Whitlach of Carmichaels. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; also, six step grandchildren and 12 step great grandchildren.
