Spencer of Waynesburg, Diane C. Hutchinson of Waynesburg and Linda L. Schiffbauer (James) of Nemacolin; his siblings, Robert Sanner (Marilyn) of Timberlake, Earl Sanner, Jr. (Sharlee) of Waynesburg, Russell Sanner of Waynesburg, Gene Sanner (Debbie) of Nemacolin, Carl Sanner (Jackie) of Carmichaels, Delores DiBiase of Mentor and Deborah Bregan (Robert) of Nemacolin; his grandson Fred H. Spencer, III; and his son-in-law Fred H. Spencer, Jr.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
