She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac L. McCullough and Marie Wise McCullough. She is survived by: her husband Robert of Mitchell's Mini Golf; her children, Carla Martin, Darla Zarlino and Steven Martin (Michelle); her grandchildren, Steven Riggleman, Raven Martin and Donald Zarlino III; her stepchildren, Darla "Dee" Krute (Nelson), Robert Eugene Mitchell (Sandy), Jack Mitchell (Pam) and Timothy Mitchell (Gwen); her son Rex L. Martin; her siblings, Mary McCullough, Laura Ruth Miller and William "Jack" McCullough; and her stepdaughter Shelva Mansberry. She is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
Kay belonged to and was a family leader for the Alzheimer's Association Support Group S/W Chapter for many years, as well as a member of the Morgan Township Farm Women's Group.
