Lightner of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, born in Clarksville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 28, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William M. Lewis and Elsie Lewis (Bane); and her brother Harry Joseph Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Jack F. Lightner; her sons, Jack William Lightner (Debbie) of Waynesburg and Kevin Todd Lightner (Tina) of Baldwin; her grandchildren, Jeremy Lightner, Amberly Courtwright, Caleb Courtwright and Bethany Rose Courtwright; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Lightner, Roxy Lightner, Natalie Conner and Jack Wylde Lightner; her siblings, George Robert Lewis of Clarksville and Kathy Conley (Butch) of Salem; her son-in-law Jacob A. Courtwright of Aleppo; her sisters-in-law, Mary A. Lewis of Carmichaels and Dottie Lewis of Fredericktown; her daughter Kimberly Sue Courtwright; her siblings, William F. Lewis, Thomas R. Lewis, Rev. James D. Lewis, Sr. and Mary Ellen Howes; and her sister-in-law Carol Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
