He was predeceased by: his parents, Bettie June Vaughn Palmer and Joseph Robert Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Desetta Brunofsky Palmer; his daughter Kimberly Dawn SanGregorio (Edward); his brother Richard Palmer (Terri); and his nieces, Pamela Palmer, Tracy Biros (Andy) and Susan Blanc.
