With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joseph Higgins (Waynesburg, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Higgins and Doris Phillips Higgins; his brother James Higgins; his sister-in-law Sharon Higgins; and his sisters, Mary Jo Shriver, Margaret Alta Higgins and Katrina Funk Vernon.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Karen Wilson (Ralph); his stepmother Vicki Funk; and his sister Lois Bowlen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fairall United Methodist (583 White Barn Rd, Waynesburg, PA 15370). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fairall United Methodist Church (583 White Barn Rd, Waynesburg, PA 15370).
