He was predeceased by: his father James Michael Hopkins. He is survived by: his mother Jonnie McCallister; his daughter Adelai Elaine Elizabeth Hopkins; his brother James Cody Hopkins (Jessica Tennant) of Waynesburg, PA; the mother of his child Destiny Statler of Waynesburg, PA; his grandfather Jim Hopkins (Vickie) of Waynesburg, PA; and his great-grandparent Mary Hopkins of Waynesburg, PA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
