He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise "Beezie" Scott Rice; his children, Linda Louise Johnston (James) of Waynesburg, PA, Joyce Lynn Rice of Imperial, PA, John David Rice (Pam) of Gainesville, FL, James Russell "Rusty" Rice (Christie) of Prosperity, PA, Lewis Raymond Rice of Waynesburg, PA and Stanley Scott Rice of Waynesburg, PA; his sister Gertrude Forsythe of New Brighton, PA; his daughter Janet Lee Kelly; and his siblings, Helen Jean Paul, Margaret Rice, Edna May Barger, Elizabeth Long and James P. Rice, Jr.. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
