We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2024, at the age of 70, Hershel M. Rutan Jr. of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel M. Rutan, and Eva Rutan, Sr. (Temple); his children, Jason and Samantha Rutan; and his brother Robert Rutan.
He is survived by: his children, Becca Rutan of Crucible, Sherry Eddy (Jim) of Carmichaels, Hershel "Cupcake" Rutan, III of Waynesburg, Amanda Rutan (Bobby Courtney) of Canton, OH and Chasity Dulaney (Mike) of Waynesburg; his siblings, Barb Harrington of Waynesburg, Loretta Brewer (Scott) of Spraggs, Kim Morris of Waynesburg, Melody Ealy of Waynesburg, Robin Horton of Waynesburg and John Rutan (Deb) of Mt. Morris; and his caregiver Becky Collins. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
