She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Adkins and Dorothy Hibert Adkins; and her husband Mark Hayes, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, David Hayes of Spraggs, PA, Mark Hayes, Jr. of Waynesburg, PA and Theresa Farkas of Waynesburg, PA; and her siblings, David Adkins, Brenda Morris and Barbara Burris. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
