He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred H. Spencer, Sr. and Levina B. Spencer Griffith (Holbert). He is survived by: his wife Christine M. Sanner; his sons, Chad Spencer (Amanda) of Minneapolis, Minn, Brendan Spencer (Hayley Palone) of Waynesburg, Travis Spencer (Alyssa Deems) of Clarksville, Lawrence Plavi (Benjamin Plavi) and B. J. Plavi (Coleen) of Uniontown; his siblings, Carl Spencer of Cokeburg, Greg Spencer of Ellsworth, Cheryl Martin (Don) of Nemacolin, Martha Spencer of Lantana, Fla., Kelley Spencer of Ashville and Lynnette Spencer (Scott) of Ashville; and his son Fred H. Spencer, III. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; a great grandson.
