He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard Ackley and Mable Irene Post Maize. He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Whipkey Ackley; his children, Staci Crawford (Bubba) of Jefferson, PA, Tammy John (David) of Waynesburg, PA, Kristy Riley of Waynesburg, PA and Joseph Ackley (Brandi) of Spraggs, PA; his siblings, Bernice Miller of Washington, PA, Beverly Desiberio of Washington, PA, Mary Shriver of Washington, PA and Ronald Ackley of Spraggs, PA; and his half-siblings, Melissa Ackley-Kisner and John Lowery. He is also survived by 7 Grandsons, 5 Granddaughters, 6 Great Grandsons, several Step Brothers, and Step Sisters, and several nieces and nephews.
