Williams; his children, Rachel Mitter (William) of Waynesburg, Amber Pikula of Graysville, Angela Jacobs (Donald) of Graysville and Roger Stalnaker, III of New Freeport; his sister Sharon Boord of Cincinnati, OH; his aunt Julia Rush of Hundred, WV; and his nieces, Alexa Smith and Anastasia Miller.
