She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Tharp and Lucille Tharp (Conaway); her husband Samuel L. Phillips; and her son Kendall Scott "Fireball" Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Valley Farm Drive, Beth Phillips Kline (Bruce) of Elkton, MD, Traci J. Ketchem (Jim) of Jefferson and Becky L. Phillips of Waynesburg; her daughter-in-law Vickie Phillips of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Kamber Phillips of Markleysburg, Russell Phillips (Brittany) of Smithfield, Alex Kline (Jessica) of Frederick, MD, Ethan Kline (Caitlin) of Elkton, MD, Cody Ketchem (Jaclyn) of Holbrook and Alecia Herrington (Danny) of Waynesburg; and her siblings, Joan Brown (Gary) of Waynesburg, Stephen Tharp (Kim) of Ashtabula, OH, Loretta Wyatt of Valley City, OH, Wanda Tharp of Waynesburg and Glenda Whitacre of Waynesburg. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
