He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Albert and Nelrose Tustin (Stewart); and his son-in-law Dave Jacobs. He is survived by: his children, Carla Jacobs of Graysville and Travis Tustin of Waynesburg; and his grandchildren, Ashley and Tyler Rogers.
