He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Glenn Rowe, Sr. and Goldie Rowe (Unger); and his wife Lois J. Rowe (Barkdoll). He is survived by: his children, Debra J. Mong (Robert) of Waynesboro, Brian E. Rowe (Mary) of Cascade, MD and Dirk A. Rowe (Sherry) of Waynesboro. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one step-grandchild; and five great-grandchildren.
