She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. McKean and Helen L. McKean (Smith); her husband Richard E. "Dick" Blizzard, Sr.; her son David E. Monn; her grandson Kyle D. Downin; and her great grandchild Maddelyn F. Yohe.
She is survived by: her children, Richard E. Blizzard, Jr. (Penny) of Fayetteville, Robert L. Blizzard (Stacy) of Waynesboro, Duane A. Blizzard (Amy) of South Mountain, PA, Penny McIntire of Waynesboro, Jamie L. Blizzard (April Tomlinson) of Greencastle, PA and Amy B. Meek (Jim) of Waynesboro; and her siblings, Francine I. Heinbaugh, Joyce A. McKean, Edna M. Carmack and Dale C. McKean. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
