He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Buck" Moffatt and Mary (Carey). He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Taylor Moffatt (Michael Neall); his wife Candy Moffatt (Flohr); his brother Wayne Moffatt; and his nephews, Chris and Keith Moffatt.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, Inc. (50 S Broad St, Waynesboro, PA 17268). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location.
