He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bumbaugh and Lorraine Bumbaugh (Moats). He is survived by: his wife Karen J. Bumbaugh (Louhoff); his son Matthew S. Bumbaugh of Waynesboro; and his sisters, Deb Bakner of Waynesboro, Evette Bumbaugh of Waynesboro and Jo Reed of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
