Rhyne of Waynesboro, Brooke Lynne Chandler of Waynesboro, Xavier Ali Rhyne of Waynesboro and Cole Ripken Rhyne of Waynesboro; his niece Kimberly Smith of Ohio; and his nephew Justin Randolph of New York City.
