He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Z. Michalsky and Martha Michalsky (McKean); and his siblings, Edward Michalsky, Rodney Michalsky and Leilani Michalsky.
He is survived by: his wife Carlotta M. "Pinky" Michalsky (Wilt); his daughters, Tonya L. Michalsky of Hagerstown, MD and Lorie A. Michalsky of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Logan Hassler (Matthew) of Kearneysville, WV and Travis Johnson of Clear Spring, MD; and his brothers, Larry Michalsky (Diane) of Waynesboro and Lynn Michalsky (Deb) of Waynesboro. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
