She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Etter and Virginia M. Etter (Woodring); and her brother-in-law Bruce E. Mouer. She is survived by: her close friend Steve C. Martin of Waynesboro; her daughter Ashley M. Kozen (Nathan) of Poquoson, VA; her granddaughters, Lilly Kozen and Lucy Kozen; her sisters, Tammy J. Blackwelder (Johnny) of Yulee, FL and Tonyia J. Wile (Tom) of Mont Alto, PA; and her nephew Tyler Wile.
