He was predeceased by: his parents, George O. Gilliam and Rita Marie Gilliam (Reed); and his brother Thomas Gilliam. He is survived by: his wife Sharon K. Gilliam (Brown); his daughter Christy Gilliam; his stepson David Wesselkamper (Erica); his stepgrandchildren, Tommy and Miss Elly; and his siblings, Mary Caroline Connelly and George Gilliam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
