He was predeceased by: his parent Angelo Heffner; and his children, Michael Haines, Suzanne Heffner and Sarah Heffner. He is survived by: his spouse Kay Heffner; his parent Charlotte Beall of Frederick; his children, Stephanie Leann Gray of Temple, GA, Janna Diane Heffner of Waynesboro and Phillip D. Heffner (Sandra) of Middletown, MD; his grandchildren, Savannah Wasko (Derek) of Waynesboro, Madison Wasko of Waynesboro, Phillip Michael Heffner of Middletown, Nicole Heffner, Dan May of Myersville, Jarred Gray, Jen Gray of Shepherdstown, WV and Jessica Gray of New Windsor; his great grandchildren, Landon, Morgan and Olivia; his siblings, Ruth Ann Bowersox of Frederick, Alvin Beall of Texas and Greg Heffner of Frederick; and his friends, Janice Conrad of Temple and Heinz Conrad of Temple. He is also survived by wife and mother.
