He was predeceased by: his father Terry L. Barnhart, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Diane S. Colley (Koontz) of Greencastle; his children, Keenen E. Barnhart of Greencastle and Keresten Z. Barnhart of Hagerstown, MD; his grandmothers, Anna Mae Koontz Forsyth (Ronald) of Hagerstown, MD and Jessica G. Jackson of Waynesboro; and also Parker Kennedy of Waynesboro.
