She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Sprankle and Carrie Sprankle (Bender); her husband Franklin C. "Flip" Hettenschuller, Sr.; her siblings, Harvey Sprankle, Charles Sprankle, Chester Sprankle and Doris Helman; her granddaughter Molly Kever; and her great grandchild Layla Hettenschuller.
She is survived by: her son Frank Hettenschuller Jr. (Cheryl) of Nebo, NC; her grandchildren, Daniel, Keith and Halee; her child Dee Price (Grand) of Lenoir, NC; her grandchildren, Josh, Joey, Lee and Dickie Hettenschuller (Pam) of Boonsboro, MD; her great grandchildren, Valerie, Kyle, Melissa, Arlene Unger (Dave) of Waynesboro, PA and Sharon Alexander (Bobby Alexander, Sr.) of Greencastle, PA; her brothers, Robert "Chub" Sprankle (Linda) of Waynesboro, PA and Gordon Sprankle of Guys Mills, PA; and also, Lindsay, Logan, Courtney, Katie, Stacey, Bobby Jr., Suzee Hillyard (Steve) of Waynesboro, PA, Madison, Kaleb, Jackie Besecker (Mike) of Waynesboro, PA, Kaleigh, Sierra, Bill Hettenschuller (Sarah) of Mercersburg, PA, Ryan and Connor. She is also survived by nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews.
