It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Andrews (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), born in Funkstown, Maryland, who passed away on December 10, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Wanda Mahone and Richard "Dick" Andrews. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle L. Semler (Scott Lorshbaugh) of Greencastle, PA; her granddaughters, Sarah, Hannah and Erin; her great grandchild Marilyn; and her pet Rocky.
