She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald E. Tharp and Grace V. Tharp (Louhoff). She is survived by: her daughter Jocelyn A. Sites (Justin) of Waynesboro; her grandchildren, Braydin J. Sites, Alexa G. Sites and Caitlyn A. Sites; her siblings, Terry L. Tharp Sr. of Waynesboro, Debra S. Minnich of Waynesboro, Kenneth E. Tharp of Waynesboro and Kathy D. Woodring of Greencastle; and her half-sister Hilary Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.
