We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2021, at the age of 94, Ruth S. Parmer (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Howard and Mae E. Moore (Sensenbaugh). She is survived by: her husband Charles S. Parmer, Jr.; and her sister Rhoda E. Brake (Edward) of Mercersburg, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
