She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Blubaugh and Emma Rebecca Blubaugh (Clem); her husband Thurman M. Hess; and her brother Richard Blubaugh. She is survived by: her daughter Victoria D. Hess of Milwaukee, WI; her grandson Ryan Mickley of LaSalle, Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Cali Mickley and Gage Mickley.
