It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Rickard (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on August 20, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Cathy L. Starkey of Waynesboro, PA and Charlie Rickard of Mont Alto, PA; her siblings, Brenda Snodderly of Hagerstown, MD, Linda Hurd of Hagerstown, MD, Sharon Armstrong of Greencastle, PA, Karen Linton of Hagerstown, MD, Kellie Zombro of Williamsport, MD and Kenneth "Porky" Snodderly of Hagerstown, MD; her grandchildren, Kayleigh, Jordan and Elaina; her great grandchild Landon; and also Patti of Mont Alto, PA.
