He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Carbaugh and Genevieve Carbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Lisa E. Carbaugh (Gardenhour); and his children, Bruce Carbaugh (Leslie) of Fairfield, PA, Mark Carbaugh of Houston, TX, Diedre Largent of Waynesboro and Darcia Welsh of Waynesboro. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
