With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert O. Blubaugh of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel S. Blubaugh and Minnie S. Blubaugh (Utz); his son Robin Dale Blubaugh; his siblings, Rosella Rosenberry, Esther Blubaugh, Ruth Parmer, Evelyn Blubaugh, Everett Blubaugh, Daniel Blubaugh, Ted Blubaugh and John Blubaugh; and his pet Cubby.
He is survived by: his wife Judy M. Blubaugh (Duffey); his family, Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Flyers; his children, Maureen K. Elmore of Hollywood, FL, Colleen J. Shatzer (Sam) of Chambersburg and William D. Blubaugh (Ingrid) of Hummelstown, PA; and his grandchildren, Quincy Blubaugh and Elliot Blubaugh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
