We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2022, at the age of 89, Robert Leo Topper of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, born in Fairfield, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger J. Topper and Gertrude E. Topper (Wivell); his son Robert L. Topper, Jr.; his siblings, Regina Layman, Patricia Hewitt, Francis Topper, Joseph Topper and Donald Topper; and his son-in-law Ephraim J. Ebio.
He is survived by: his children, Mary A. Dresch (Robert) of Shippensburg, PA, Miriam L. Ebio of Chambersburg, PA, Theresa A. Topper, Vincent R. Topper and Barbara L. Wagner (Russell) of Catawba, SC; his grandchildren, Michael Sanders, Corey Sanders, Christian Ebio, Renee Sanders, Starr Kimmel, Michelle Hawk-Payne (Michael), Adam "Jerel" Wagner (Heather), Kyle Wagner (Morgan), Katie "Kai" Wholaver (Michael) and Billy Trace; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Miranda, Quinn, Nadia, Angelina, Isabella, Kaydence, Isla, Luna, Gaige, Aydan, Savannah and Bailey; and his siblings, Miriam Barefoot, Delores Martin (Wilber) of Gettysburg, PA and Paul Topper (Carolyn) of Biglerville, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
