He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Stouffer and Charlotte Hess (Brown); and his siblings, Ivan Stouffer and Dallas Mowdy. He is survived by: his wife Joann M. Stouffer (Minnich); his children, Crystal Stouffer of Largo, FL, Troy Miller of Waynesboro, Stacey Mann of Chambersburg and Shelley Romano (Matt) of Royersford, PA; and his siblings, Eric "Dutch" Stouffer of Jacksonville, FL, Wilbur Mowdy of Waynesboro, Penny Yingling of Waynesboro, Grace Hollinger of Chambersburg, Judy Sease of Riverview, FL, Andrea Gilbert of Chambersburg and Terry Stouffer of Spring City, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
