He was predeceased by: his father Bruce W. H. Francis, Jr.; and his brother William Francis. He is survived by: his mother Delores M. 'Dori" Francis (Kramlick) of Waynesboro; his wife Robin Francis (Kipe); his sons, Andrew Francis of Riverview, FL and Eric Francis of Riverview, FL; his stepdaughter Haley Sites of Fayetteville, PA; and his siblings, Pamela Francis of State College, PA and Steven Francis (Connie) of Waynesboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
